When we refund
- Within 7 days of first paid charge, full refund for any reason.
- Outage credits: if uptime falls below 99.5% in a calendar month, we credit 5% of the monthly fee per 0.5% miss, capped at one month's fees.
- Pro-rata refund for unused months on an annual plan when terminating for cause.
When we don't refund
- After 7 days from first paid charge (except outage credits).
- For features used during the period (e.g., already-placed calls).
- For accounts terminated for AUP violations.
How to request
Settings → Billing → Request a refund. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and appear within 5-10 business days.
